1. The software
Wavebin is a local-first desktop app. The Free tier is free to use indefinitely. Pro is unlocked with a one-time-purchase license key, activated inside the app.
2. License grant
Buying a Pro license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run Wavebin Pro on computers you own or control, for as long as the license remains active. This is a license to use the software, not a sale of it — AG Sound Studio retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in Wavebin.
You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute your license key
- Reverse-engineer the app to remove or bypass license checks
- Redistribute the app's installer or source outside official channels
3. Purchases & refunds
Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout — no subscription, no recurring charge.
If Wavebin Pro isn't working for you, email hello@agsoundstudio.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Approved refunds automatically revoke the associated license key.
4. Your data
Wavebin stores your project data locally on your machine — we never see your audio files, metadata, or folder contents. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what the app and this site do handle (in short: your license key, and, for a purchase, your email via Stripe).
5. No warranty
Wavebin is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of original audio files — Wavebin is a cataloging and metadata tool, not a backup system.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG Sound Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
7. Termination
We may revoke a license key in cases of fraud, chargeback, or violation of these terms. You can stop using the software and request deletion of your purchase record at any time.
8. Governing law
